      Hi,

Like to know if there’s any parents staying around Buangkok (near Hougang St91) area and your child is taking school bus to school? Wish to know what time does your child needs to wake up and what time will the school bus arrive to pick up. Also, will the bus stops near your block or at designated bus stop? Appreciate any feedback as my son may need to take school bus next year when he goes to P3 and my girl is going to P1 in afternoon session. Hence, I’m having headache on the transport arrangement. Thanks!

      Hi all,

My DS is in P1 this year. He was so excited to go P1 and during the first wk of school, he has no problem settling in. I thought he will be alright and would have no problem adjusting to new environment but I was wrong! On the 2nd wk of school, he started crying on Tue just before going to school from his student care. The student care teacher called me up to console him and I was caught by surprise. He couldn't tell me what's wrong and jus said he missed me. And today, it was worst. He cried in the morning while on our way to send him to student care. Teacher called me up again during noon time to 'sweet-talk' him and he sobbed again. Teacher said he was ok after I left student care but when it was time to get ready to go to school, he broke down again. I wonder what's the fear in him and do any parents encounter the same thing with your child? How do I help him to overcome this unknown fear???? 😓
