    • RE: Is there any lawyer here to give legal advice

Sorry to ride into this post, but I may need some legal advice too, or if you guys can help me answer some doubts… Recently I’m in a midst of divorce but I’m listed as an essential occupier in a resale flat (with CPF housing grant) purchased about 2 years ago. In this case, must I stay in this house to fulfill my MOP in order to get a bto for me and one of my child? (One of them decided to stay with spouse and the other with me, will have share parental care and control). If I were to stay elsewhere (rental house) will I be eligible to purchase a bto (if I do not fulfill 5 years MOP)? Or do I really need to stay under the same roof until MOP up? I don’t co-own this current HDB because last time I was a SAHM and didn’t contribute to CPF. I’m in such a dilemma now if anyone can help me clear my doubts… Thanks…
