Thx
️. Can’t imagine how my child’s teachers would respond when he say “dnt know, my mum didn’t check her email”😂
ha ha.... my DS also told teachers he don’t know ... reason doesn’t want the teachers to give him more pressure because some teachers had the impression these students with a CO will R&R and not work as hard for their PSLE 😅
i also wanted to wait till after PSLE, pressure DS abit to work harder to get into his dream sch.
but i think on second thoughts, use the other reverse psychology to tell him the good news to encourage him to work even harder to score his best. Also to prove to himself that he scored a good enough tscore to get in, even via DSA.. otherwise he will know that he will have to work doubly triply hard to catch up with peers academically. i feel this works for those kids who have higher self esteem/ ego.. spur them on.[/quote] We use that with DS. Told him the results and he was pretty motivated to study even more after knowing he got selected. Also, even if we dint tell him, he would have found it out from his other peers who applied. 😅 so no point hiding a good news. Besides they still need to meet the minimum dsa cop requirement.
