Hi all, I’m new here in the forum. I know that there are Neighbourhood Committees for private property and Residents Committees for hdb. does anyone know, if i want to volunteer in community service in order to fight for phase 2B, and my property is private, do i have to volunteer in the Neighbourhood Committee which my house belongs to？Does it count if I volunteer in any nearby Residents Committees within the same GRC? Thanks!
