Hi, my DD has a score of 242 n I m staying in Hougang, m considering

1) Nan Chiau (COP 242 from 2013 240; 2012 236)
2) Zhong hua - 234
3) Xinmin - 235
4) Presbyterian High - 233
5) PLMGS - 236
6) Ang Mo Kio Sec -228

Actually wanted Anderson (COP 246) but doesn’t want to waste 1 choice.
Worried that she might not get into Nan Chiau as the COP is higher each intake. Understand xinmin n Zhong hua standard have dropped. It’s so difficult to pen down the 6 choices. Please advice. Many thanks

Try to put other schools with COP nearer to 242 for choices 2-4. Don’t waste the choices. Can consider Chung Cheng (Main).

Chung Cheng (Main) very far from Hougang. Not sure how to get there by public transport. I have already asked her teacher to write a testimonial in case I need to appeal. Keep my fingers cross
