Hi, for those who are waiting for DHS reply, check your mail box (as in snail mail). Apparently they only sent out mails, no email/sms/call at all. Good luck!

My DD got a CO under \"general\" šŸ˜„

My postman just left....no mails šŸ˜ž

      Maybe rejected......

I called DHS. This year DH will only be sending out the results by mail. Another batch of letters is sent out today. So some of the students will only be receiving the letter next week. The batch sent out today consist of successful and unsuccessful ones. So there is still hope! I have not received any letter too!
Really!!!! Still got hope....I hope šŸ˜“

My dd received her CO from DHS last yr via email first followed by snail mail.

      Iervin,
Did the email and mail come on the very last day of August last year?
Yes the email was dated 30 Aug & it was mentioned in the email that letter was sent out on the same day.
Thanks Iervin, sigh, this means I have to wait till next Friday for the outcome ...

At least HCI not the last one... I just called DHS, they will only be informing candidates on the outcome via snail posts at end aug 😢

LOL!! Don't worry... there is a number of parent waiting together with you. I am one of them. šŸ™‚

Hahaha, I'm sure that there are a lot of anxious parents like me, waiting for DHS letter.... I only applied for one and I also not pinning very high hopes, as my boy is a mainstreamer, not gep student... Nevertheless, still anxious to know the outcome, even though I know it might be meaningless.... I guess all parents feel the same way too lol....
Anyone knows when HCI releases their DSA results last year? Heard they are usually the last few schools in the past years.

      Hi Freezeat2,

Yes HCI one of the last to release DSA results. Last year WL notified via email on 22Aug and asked to attend briefing on 27Aug. CO and rejections all sent by snail mail on 27Aug.

Hang in there and all the best!

3 Cheers to all the brave DCs and their parents for braving the DSA process (regardless of outcomes). Your DCs would have emerged more mature and confident after this baptism of fire. All the best for PSLE .

We knew it was a long shot for her. On a brighter note, the Orals were a breeze. I guess if the oral examiners were saying stuff like \"Good job, xxx! Way to go, xxx!\" with two-thumbs up and smiling from ear-to-ear. It shldn't be all that bad, right? Hehe.

I thought the examiners were not supposed to give any hints as to how the student scored? Isn't this one of the examination rules :?
If I'm not mistaken, there should be moderation if too many students do well in a particular subject. While we are happy for those who can manage, let's not get carried away. Let's continue cheering for the students :rahrah:

Yup! The examiners are not supposed to make any comments at the PSLE oral exams... Nevertheless, The Answer is right! Let's continue to cheer for our kids for the remaining PSLE exams papers that they have to sit for :rahrah:

The wait is always the scariest part - and not the part where you see a Rejected paper.

Ya.... The waiting part can really kill....
