My child has been weak in CL since pri sch but still managed to pass. Now in sec 1, his school give an option to those who are weak in CL to take CLB. I find it hard to make decision whether to let him take because i’m afraid he might not be able to enter Uni from poly.


From what i know, once the students switched to CLB, they are not able to switch back to normal chinese. When they enter JC, they still need to continue with CLB. What about poly? Is CLB available in poly too? I never heard of that before.

To enter Uni, the student need to have a pass in CLB from JC. Does it means if poly don’t have CLB then my child won’t be able to enter Uni from poly?
