For Science Booklet B, there’s a question regarding on some plant growing on the branch of a tree. The plant has sticky seeds. There is also something about birds.

What did all of you put for the question which asked for why does the plant only grow on the branch?

      4.floating plants.

      DS's answer is fishes.

DD also said fish but it wasn't option 1
Fish is option one. I think ._. (If my memories aren't failing me)

do you know the answer for question 8 of science bklt A. It is about putting some dead leaves in the soil and covering it with black paper around plant A.

question:Which is not a reason for doing this?

I wrote to prevent soil from evaporating or something like that. Because dead leaves will give off rotting smell and the caterpillars will not eat the plant because of the smell... Furthermore, soil don't evaporate.

Please read properly. The option is: To prevent water in the soil from evaporating

So it's (3) and not your answer
But will the water in the soil evaporate o.O
Yes. Anyways you can also tell it's caterpillar as the black cloth only covers the soil and has nothing to do with the leaves

My DD put \"the presence of green plants makes the underside of the boat too slippery for animal N to attach itself onto the surface.\" (Same concept as anti-Marine fouling methods used to discourage growth of marine organisms on bottom of ships)

      .
I hope it,s correct Coz my DD also wrote that.

      My dd too...
I put the green plants will compete with Animal N for sunlight, air and space. Thus Animal N will have a lower chance of survival ._.

I put \"warmth\" for the question on decomposition; is it acceptable?

Temperature is a more accurate word. It's in assessment books
What is the answer why there is less animal N under the ship where there are more tiny green plants?

I'm not so sure but my answer was : As there are more tiny green plants, there will not be enough space for animal N to extend itself to feed. Thus there are less animal N attached to it.
That's a tough question but my friends have the same answer as I do :D. Can i ask what is the answer for question 3&28? Mcq. The one about butterfly and plant and the one about kinetic and potential energy.

Butterfly & Plant: (3) Feed on nectar
Kinetic & Potential Energy (I don't remember) Both are less
My friends and i put (2) for question 28. Cause potential energy is more
It's not (2) as the bus is at a higher place at A. So the potential energy at B is lesser. Since the bus is not moving at B, the kinetic energy is also lesser compared to the moving bus at A
