I think parents have misconceptions on teck whye primary. It’s a primary school unless you are talking about secondary. The teachers are all pleasant, kind. Easy to get hold of Teachers to communicate any concerns. My child first year and she loves the school. Just because it has Low registration, everyone doesn’t want to go there.
