When they call us for interview, they sounded very friendly.
Now, just the opposit, they give u motherhood statement like, result will be out by end of the month as per the norm.

I guess they're tired of dealing with incessant phone calls from anxious parents. Maybe what schools should do is install a phone answering system:

Received Waitlist 1 email from Hwa Chong at about 4.30pm today (DS from mainstream neighbourhood school, qualified for Hwa Chong DSA via SMOPS Silver in case pple want to ask:) ...
