this project (private condo not EC) is exp cos very near MRT but i like their layout …
they recently offer star buy at "discounted" price . 2nd floor not patio (3bedroom) @ > $1.2m -
Happen to just drive by buangkok. This http://www.propertyreview.sg/jewel-buangkok/ seems almost build up already. Look pretty nice on the outside. i think probably will top next year.
