i am babbling....... now u can see my confusion. :scratchhead:  :frustrated: :slapshead: :stupid: :stompfeet: :stompfeet:

Yes, I can.
Why don't you start by listing down the distance category of the various schools your child will be in? This will give you a better idea which one(s) to aim for. -
khs and tkps is within 1km, gmps is just outside 1km radius, naps is more than 2km…

hi kitab
I’m in an exact situation as you.
KH is within 1km, but worried about the risk of balloting in P2C.
GMPS and TKPS are within 1-2km.
Can’t seem to find much reviews about these 3 schools -

Monitor the situation in TKPS. There was balloting last year for those in the 1-2 km category during P2C, whereas previously, the school had vacancies in P2CS.
Hence, if TKPS doesn't require balloting in P2C, you might as well try KHS in P2C and TKPS in P2CS. If TKPS requires balloting in P2C, it is better to go for this school in P2C. I assume that should TKPS go into balloting in P2C, it will be for those staying beyond 1 km from the school, which means that your child's place in this school is assured.
My two cents. -

hmmm… have no school in mind at all… don’t know which one to consider.
but i know i want a school where my kids can at least enjoy their lower pri years and not be pushed into the rat race from day 1 of pri 1.
any suggestions? -
