Ah boy did not go to school this morning.
A simple lunch:
1. instant noodles
2. fried egg
3. steam pork slices
4. stirfry Xiao bai cai -

No special way. The usual marinate - minced garlic/onion/soya sauce/Chinese cooking wine/corn flour.Jennifer:

1. steam small fish
2. broccoli+cheese+egg
3. assam fish (for hubby, using instant assam paste from Hai’s)
4. small bell peppers stuffed with minced beef (1st time doing this)
5. steam pork slices (same as ytd)
6. leftover veg stew from ytd’s dinner -
1. steam fish fillet
2. pan fry small fish for hubby
3. stir fry xiao bai cai
4. steam minced beef with egg tofu
5. egg drop + tomato soup made with ikan bilis
6. 1st time trying Leo Kee - ready to eat chicken satay (bou in Cold Storage) -

Today’s lunch is pocket bread pizza, inspired by buds.
Will be letting the kids make their pizza, let’s hope the kitchen will remain intact LOL
