        No special way. The usual marinate - minced garlic/onion/soya sauce/Chinese cooking wine/corn flour.

            1. steam small fish

            2. broccoli+cheese+egg
            3. assam fish (for hubby, using instant assam paste from Hai’s)
            4. small bell peppers stuffed with minced beef (1st time doing this)
            5. steam pork slices (same as ytd)
            6. leftover veg stew from ytd’s dinner

              3. stir fry xiao bai cai
              4. steam minced beef with egg tofu
              5. egg drop + tomato soup made with ikan bilis
              6. 1st time trying Leo Kee - ready to eat chicken satay (bou in Cold Storage)

                  Today’s lunch is pocket bread pizza, inspired by buds.

                  Will be letting the kids make their pizza, let’s hope the kitchen will remain intact LOL

                    Had a gathering for 25 adults and 13 kids yesterday. Decided not to cater but to cook everything. Preparation started since the start of the week. Marketing had to be done in stages as my fridge could not hold that much food. Too busy and preoccupied with everything to capture any pictures.


                    Lunch menu

                    Ipoh Hor Fun, with shredded chicken, braised mushroom, prawns, vege
                    Kong Bak Pau
                    Lopis
                    Cut fruits - Pineapples and watermelon

                    Continue on dinner thread…
