Any P3 parents got back CL oral and compo results? I have not recd so far.
My P6 boy was told of the marks for oral and compo. He saw the compo paper in class, then handed up to the teacher. -
Jennifer:
Thanks Jennifer. So they are not supposed to bring back compo to show parents like paper 2? Will the report book be given for mid-yr for P3 and onwards?bgmum:

Thanx, I think this is good, I also found some \"maths for P3\" slides under the parents workshop and downloaded that as well.
Seems like phpps do not really hv much of such workshops for parents?
I know nanhua also conduct maths workshops for parents.... -

Yes, seems like phpps does not conduct many subject based workshops for P3. The only one I have attended that may be considered a workshop is the session by Math HoD in this yr's March principal-parent talk.Mrsbongz:

As a side note, the sch does conduct a series of parenting course. I attended one recently but the response was mediocre at best - around 12 parents for the whole cohort.

Jun Holiday schedule for P6

- English for R1 to R4 classes & Foundation class
- Chinese for R5 to R9 classes
4 Jun 2013
- English for R5 to R9 classes, except R7 class to be arranged
- Chinese for R1 to R4 classes & Foundation class
5 Jun 2013
- Maths for R1 & Foundation class, R2 class to be arranged, R3 & R4 (M6C/M6D,M6F)
6 Jun 2013
- Science lesson at the S'pore Zoo (8am to 1.30pm)
7 Jun 2013

From the above, I think the Maths banding classes are not applicable to 6R1 & 6R2. Only R3 and R4 are banded into 3 Maths classes, R5 to R9 are banded into 5 Maths classes.
I may be wrong. So dun :spank: me, ok? -

I think most parents are concerned that PH does not organise workshops for academic courses for parents.

When my elder boy was with Bt Panjang Pri Sch, I attended the Model drawing workshop organised by the school.
After transferring to PH, I had requested for academic workshops for OE compreh CL, but was turned down, PH cited reason - no time to organise. -

I always enjoy the workshops. Just attended one today.
