which cold storage did u go? i saw 1 for 1 bbq chicken breast at cold storage jelita.Saw Cold Storage BBQ chicken offer this morning, waited till late afternoon to drop by to buy. All sold out. Ended up a black pepper small chicken (no offer price). Overcooked though seasoning is tasty.
Bou a tray of shabu shabu beef slices, no seasonings, directly put onto the pan to cook. The boys say it is yummy though these are not marinated
Cooked a pot of stewed veg - turnip, carrot, French beans, shiitake mushroom with pork base soup, added slices of pan fried egg tofu before serving. -

Oven baked whole chicken with sesame oil, garlic, onion, soya sauce, honey, ginger, pepper marinate. First time trying this.

fish fillet with garlic in olive oil marinate, bake for 15 min. takes 5 in to prepare, very delicious

Just finished marinating pork loin - grounded black pepper, light soya sauce, minced garlic+onion, brown sugar, sesame oil. Going to brown on all sides, then pop into the oven to slow cook @ 140 deg C for an hour. First time doing this.

I made a basting sauce of golden syrup+light soya sauce+chinese cooking wine.
Baked for 40 mins. Think I should hv just stopped at 30 mins.
I cut onion into slices and potatoes into cubes and scattered these in the roasting pan and put the pork loin on the roasting rack. Shld hv made more basting sauce. -
