Strange. The prosecutor said the defendent should be considered a public servant. But, academic staff in NUS have always been told they are not civil servants.

So, public servant not equal to civil servant? :scratchhead:
Public servants not equal civil servants. Civil servants are usually this who work for ministries. Public servants will include those working for stat boards and govt agencies.

this fella has wasted a lot of people's time for clowning in the court room.

he is a 'public' servant...he has been serving the students, for his own gratification.
        the fella is a \"public\" servant :-

abortion is very harmful to woman’s body…but oso no point for her to keep the baby for such a heartless man.

He was supposed to be sentenced today…why adjourned to next Monday?

Heartless person…Made a girl pregnant…one who is just slightly older than his daughter and pay her own abortion fees. Literally out to enjoy life at a student’s expense. He should be earning $17K a month.

                If he appeals, extend sentence.

For a selfish person like Teh and a young girl who dared not offend him, will safe sex be mentioned at all? That fella went all the way to US as well...when she was on exchange program. Don't know how to describe Teh...not fit to be a man, yet such so selfish, mean and lustful.

Thought the judge would give this 2 faced sponger at least 12 months.
