Your child will need to go through balloting if you stay within 1 km from the school. Best to have a backup plan.

I know is a good sch but how are the teachers and learning environment?

Is it very stressful? as I see that they have the GEP standing and if my child is not too good, will they take care of the weaker students?

its been a headache to look for sch for my boi...
hear n see that there is balloting under P2C for more 2km..

n seem its nt a bad sch.. how abt e environment and the teachers there??

A friend of mine has a gal due for registration this year. She’s not into kiasuparents so I will kaypo for her.


She volunteered for Hougang Pri and her DH volunteered as grassroots. They live within 1km of both Hougang Pri and Rosyth. I saw in the balloting history that Rosyth seems safe enough at Phase 2B (no balloting <1km rite?). But both schools go into balloting at Phase 2C.

Should she try for Rosyth or Hougang? I told her to apply for Rosyth first then see how… is this a safe suggestion? Dun want to be blamed… kekeke

Also, is Rosyth very stressful?

Hi,
Teachers are ok and environment fine. Depending on what u are looking for ?
My girl is doing fine there . Quite relaxing for her. All schools are good schools. Only depend on the capability of the students.
Students graduated from Yangzheng can go RI. But students graduated from Rosyth can also end up in a normal neighborhood school.

If u are SC staying > 2m, will likely need to ballot.
