      Hi all,

My elder daughter has just started her education with Pei Hwa. Her FT is Mdm Diana who also double up as her maths teacher. Any comments about this teacher e.g teaching style, responsible teacher etc? Thanks

Welcome to PH! Is Mdm Diana a new staff? Didn't see her picture in last year's school annual mag. Is she a perm, contract or relief?

              Hi Jennifer & E3,

I was searching for Mdm Diana email contact in the school website but to no avail. A phonecall was made to the school to verify Mdm Diana actually is Mdm Nordiana Yanti herself.

I spoke to my girl's buddy (P5) on her 1st day and she did not speak much about this teacher though mumble that the latter is OK Lah, taught her younger sis 😄

Am curious if anyone knows her style of teaching? I could better adjust my DD to school life in P1.

              Thanks!

Sorry unable to provide any comments about this teacher. My boys were not taught by her, not even relief lessons or non-core subjects.

                Most P1 teachers are caring.

                  hi,

I am trying to sign up as a PV in Pei Hwa. Should I write in to the principal? Is the principal still Mrs Foo?

                  Thank you 🙂

Is your child in K1? You could send to Mrs Foo or the generic email. Selection will be done before June. You should get a reply by August. Briefing in September. Application close in May if I am not wrong.

I would like to check with parents whose child was in P3 last year about the no. of Science periods per week and how much was covered last year.

My P3 boy’s timetable shows only 3 periods of Science per week! I doubt it will be sufficient preparation for NSW tests.

Also 3 periods. El - 14, CL -13, Maths-11, Sci-3. Sci is not even 1/3 of Maths. I did not even check until u ask. Thanks for bringing it up. Plus her FT says Sci texts are for self reading, don’t need to bring to school. Is it the same for your son’s FT’s teaching style?

May I know what is 3C2E?
