hokay, follow on from my first time did not attend ptm (and when report books were due to be issued). My kids got their report books (either from general office or maybe teacher gave them - depending on level) on first day of school. Sign sign. Next day return.

I still find it strange why kids were not simply given that the last day of school if their parents can’t make it for ptm. this is not exam, so scared anything leak out? or they worry that some parents purposedly don’t make it for ptm if they know they can get report books one day ahead?

In any case, I’m sanguine about the whole thing. Report book is just numbers that I still can’t make head or tails of (not knowing how DS1’s compo & oral fared, I can only agar agar what went wrong/right; plus my maths not very good so working backwards based on his other papers headache). More impt is what goes on during the entire term and it shouldn’t hinge on that one number at the end of the day.

yet another HWS mystery to me. I understood from past that this is a program for kids from both ends of the spectrum (very strong who show most likely to improve and very weak). Dun ask me how that works.

Last term, DS1's entire class got selected for Chinese Stretch. I think it covered chinese oral type of training.

Are you sure it's 4 day? or is it once a week, 4 weeks?
