i have this feeling that all grassroots (under Moulmein - Kallang GRC) are aiming for SCGS instead of RGPS ..... reason is SCGS has affiliation... so majority or if not all applying RGPS under 2B are PVs...

from what i know SCGS has very strong PV support from their existing students (ie. those parents with dds already with the sch) and the sch does not take in PV before their child enters P1.... so only grassroots can apply under 2B for SCGS.....

i guess this is the kind of PV support the sch is looking for....

Phase 2a(2) start next Monday, 15 July, 8 am - 11 am.
Go early (7.30 am to 8 am) -
to find a place, park your car, conveniently inside school compound.
If you come late, can't find car park slot, then you've to park outside school compound, near national junior college.

Photostat 1 set of original documents, before you come down, to the general office.
The school use the original set of documents, verify on the spot.
After verify -
p1 Regn officer will return you the original documents, but keep one photostated set of documents for data entry into the school computer, which is linked up / connected to the centralized moe computer database.
Once she had finished punching your child's particulars into the computer system, she will inform you on the spot - that your child had been successfully enrolled into the school. She will also inform you when to expect the letter of confirmation, to reach your house, by post.

You may bring your k2 little girl along, teach / show her how to buy drinks, food from canteen, how much change to get back from food vendor. Today some parents brought along their little child, to show them around, since 2016 they'll be returning back, for single session.

Wah thanks, reali thanks for all the valuable information. Do u think chances r quite safe frm looking at the current results? How will the results be deliver to us on 18th? Will they call us or by default we koe we r successful if the numbers match the vacancies? Yes would love to bring my little girl tog unfortunately it will not be the compound she js gg to start w since rgps is gg to move.

Any other things i shld take note of pls?

RGPS will be the hottest pri sch if it has affiliation with RGSS…

Will like to check which are the more popular student care services you send you DD to?

Am trying to find one since both parents are working when my DD goes to P1 next year.

I been trying to ask this but I guess not many parents leave the kids at Student care since many would have helpers around hence I done a lot research and visited this student care where some parents put the kids at called Out Of the Box, try to goggle. Seems quite a nice place, the owner’s daughter is also from RGPS. Many Henry Park kids are from this student care too.


Maybe good for you to find out from there… P1 will be in afternoon session ya. Where r u staying?
