      Hi all

By the way, just wanna find out how much pocket money that you dear mommies and daddies give to your kid today? I went to survey the tuckshop on the 1st day of school. Most of the food priced below $2. I was thinking to give $2 per day  Is it too much? Haha!!
Our budget for DS is $1 per day but gave him extra 50cts spare in case he accidentally bot something more expensive w/o realising it even tho we had told him to check price b4 ordering if it's unlisted. He can also use the extra 50cts when nec but must declare when home. 😎

I top up the wallet to $1.50 everyday so he is not having anything to save yet, as we don't want him to start buying rubbish stationery home. In fact, already told him pocket $ will b cut for the day if he is being notti at home in the a.m. Told him mommy work so hard at home also no pay.
      hahahaa... 😉

We know he loves the japanese food ($1.30 don) but he didn't hv enough time to finish it during recess, so discouraged him fr buying unless really hungry.

my DD enjoyed the newfound purchasing freedom. On thur, she had noodle, milo and chips. My DD was lucky. Her buddy is a familiar face from Art class at Sengkang CC. On fri, she had chicken rice and got time to go to the field to play.

All in all, it was both fun and exciting week for DD and us. The real work starts…my DD brought back homework.
