I will be registering for phase 2C NHPS, stay within 1km. When should i call school to find out about the SC/PR ratio, 4pm? If i can't get through balloting, i will go for Clementi Pri or Pei Tong under phase 2CS. Any parent can enlighten for CPS or PTPS, which one is better?

For 2C NHPS, don't have to check SC/PR ratio. You just need to check how many SC within 1km is good enough. You can check anytime but usually they can update half hr after closing for the day.

There is no SC/PR ratio as SC get priority, so all SCs wld get in 1st, if among SCs also need to ballot, then PR no chance.

I hv a friend who’s been living overseas for the past 3 yrs. Her daughter (3rd child) will b in P1 next yr. She told me she has registered her daughter in the older sibling’s old school. She will apply for ‘long leave’ later.

In this kind of case, what will happen? Does it means there will be 1 empty seat reserved for her daughter or it will be released to those on waiting list? Thanks!

Today 8:30am I reached to the Rosyth registration venue, it is empty except one teacher. Yesterday I had registered for my son. Today I went there to submit one additional document of his brother.

It seems the 2nd day of Phase 2A2 is very quiet.

My friend is under 2B within 1km, SC, trying for Rosyth. Does her chances high? What were the balloting history for Rosyth for the past 2 years? Thanks!

I think it is going to be very very competitive to go into Fairfield for this year registration when there are only about 20 vancanies left for phase 2B & 2C each after yesterday.

What is your back up plan ?

Last year my 2nd choice was to go to Qifa or Peitong but luckily we got balloted in.
