Looking at the current take up rate at Bukit Merah, the vacancies will be as follow
APS 110 (Phase 2B), 110 (Phase 2C)
BRPS 71 (Phase 2B), 73 (Phase 2C)
CPS 90 (Phase 2B), 91 (Phase 2C)
CHIJ (Kellock) 59 (Phase 2B), 59 (Phase 2C)
GEPS 64 (Phase 2B), 65 (Phase 2C)
RMPS 40 (Phase 2B), 41 (Phase 2C)
ZDPS 50 (Phase 2B), 50 (Phase 2C)
**At the end of Phase 2A(2), 50% of the remaining places will be allocated for Phase 2B and the other 50% for Phase 2C registrants in a school. In the event that less than 50% of the allocated vacancies are taken up at Phase 2B, the remaining vacancies will be carried forward to Phase 2C. -

Could you also advice me what kind of documentation that I have to bring during the registration (on the day I have to queue to get the application form).
I can’t sleep well these past few days to think about P1 registration for my son.

Many thanks for the info.
I tried to log into the immunization cert link but a bit confused as there's no info (perhaps its under my name hence there's no info about my son's?). But I have the immunization booklet from my son's PD.
Is it enough to bring along this booklet? Or do I have to ask the PD to draft another letter to certify (since there're long lists of immunization until the its written everywhere since there are no space to list down the list). So sorry to ask lots of questions as this is totally new to me & I have to settle everything by this week since yesterday my boss just asked me to go for business trip the whole week next week
