If phase 2a(2) for nan Hua indeed enter balloting this year 2013 :-

The principal of nan Hua can consult moe (there is room to discuss with her boss):-
see whether is it feasible to open up one more class, to absorb the (2b, 2c) applicants, with whatever resources they have on hand.
MOE unlikelyto accept such request unless Clementi area all schools have insufficient vacancies.

I will be registering for phase 2C for NHPS, stay within 1 km. If i cant get thru balloting, will go for Phase 2CS for CPS or PTPS, which one is better?

Same here... Which school is better?

Last year both CPS and PTPS require balloting in P2CS: CPS (<1km and 99% TUR after p2C), PTPS (between 1km ~ 2km). Thus, you may like to consider the distance of yr house to the school as the main consideration factor.

I went to their open house this week and I must say Ptps is not as bad as I thought. in fact their facilities are new and impressive. I was able to go into the classroom to observe the teacher, I can see that children enjoy learning. that is more impt than anything else I feel personally. The P is quite young and the facts he shared with parents during the dialogue session was essential and good. overall i give them a 9/10 for 'impression marks'. not sure for you but I will go for Ptps during 2C. they had balloting for 2c sup last year, so you better think again whether to try your luck at nhps.

PT is quite good and getting better. Heard it collaborated with NH in a few curriculum projects. NH - very likely need to ballot <1km. If stay outside 1km, chances v v slim. 🙏

Clementi and Qifa increased their intake for this year. Clementi is 270 total vs. 240 last year; Qifa 240 vs. 210. With all the condos built in West Coast in recent years, I think that explains Qifa’s increased popularity in particular.
