That's right. Bring IC will do. -
From MOE's website, cut off time is 4.30pm
http://www.moe.gov.sg/education/admissions/primary-one-registration/phases/
From the same link, it seems need not have both parents to be around (sometimes one may be at overseas), but a letter of authorization is required. But both original ICs have to be shown during registration. So those parents standby at different schools till near 4.30pm will have to rush down to the school of their choice. -
