Carebear, yeah sending off nothing much because maid agency handle everything. I m working. Now I just worried that whether new maid can match my family requirements.
She’s supposed to be arriving this Thursday then she needs to go for medical checkup and test. Hopefully can pick her up this Sunday. I worry she will not turn up!!!???

Thanks Kiasimom, I also not sure what happen to her waitress job. Anyway, I can’t be bothered. I do know 100% sure that she won’t be coming back as maid because she has a cousin who is a PR here advising and helping her to apply job. Amazingly this same cousin also will be buying a flat in Toa Payoh next year. We all know houses in Toa Payoh are very expensive but he can afford it. So, for sure she won’t be coming back as a maid. I believe she can bunk in with her cousin when she comes back. So at the end of the day, alot depends on MOM rules and regulations.

Hi everyone!


Actually I wasn’t at home during the send-off. I m working today. SO, the maid agency came to pick her up at 10am. My hubby was on standby in the house. According to my husband, the maid did not say anything much she just went to pack her things. But I think she already confirm her job so don’t think she lost out anything. Now she goes back early probably taking it as "holiday" before she return to start work? IF I did not let her go for the interview and she hasn’t confirm her job THEN I think she will create a scene.

Talk about "powerful mouth", my previous filipino maid’s better. When I come home from work, she will not bother about my child after dinner. she says to me " I m just a maid. Mother need to bond with their child. So, its better for you to care for her a few hours at night."

Anyway, all is history. Just hope that the next one will be better :celebrate:
