Alexandra primary has a very good start, with 2 heavy weight Principal and VP, both from SAP schools. I believe the Chinese standard in Alexandra - will be set high.

let's hope that Alexandra will become the future school, that many parents would love to send their kids to. patlsy79, your child will be one of the pioneers, in this school. Perhaps Alexandra will become the next future SECOND CHIJ St Nicholas equivalent.

Now I only can choose to trust MOE, every sch is good sch wahah...:p

Bagabunny, pertaining to teachers i believe MOE definietly would settle before sch open jn Jan. To me, i think parents play a impt part beside teachers so we don’t really 100% rely on teachers actually, me and hub take turn to guide them in schworks and assessments keke.


Frankly speaking this area not much choice. If I were to choose this is only sch that I like to try beside FF. Oh, i never ever think that the 1 will belong to me…if it’s real, I guess my pocket would burn a big hole as many frs n relatives would ask me for a treat Lol.

Do I need to give up my child’s place secured at Phrase1?( popular school 4km away).

Yes, you need to withdraw before you can apply in another school. If you balloted out in the second school, you will not be able to go back to the first school if they hav given out your seat to the people on the waiting list.

Not waiting list, but the vacanted place will be allocated to current phase.

Not that I wanna scare u..but they are desperately advertising for teachers now as it's a new sch. So probably will start small then slowly build up manpower.
But yes..that's also my option. They start at 8am. I like...no need wake up early
