Perhaps look into engaging a speech therapist? Had one 2-3 yrs ago for DD1 when she was 3 because she still could not enunciate many sounds correctly, and hence did not want to talk much. Recommended by PD. Sorry, threw away the contact. It was an Aussie lady situated in Tanglin shopping centre. Guess you can always get recommendation from your PD or GP.
