APS application for the final day (tomorrow 1 aug) unlikely to exceed the numbers that were registered today (171-125 = 46).

My guess is that everyone (including the PRs) will be in…unless there is a large and unusual withdrawal of applicants from RMPS and ZDPS that re-apply at APS.

Tomorrow, I am going to APS to submit my application (SC <1km).

        I agree too.

Majority might still try their luck balloting at their 1st choice school instead of withdrawing.
        Let’s keep our fingers crossed.

Anyone will be there tomorrow? Can keep us updated of the numbers?

            SC

            <1km 66
            1-2km 44
            >2km 30

            PR - 31

            So total 171.

wow. Did anyone take a look at forum page for west spring pri, the new school at bukit panjang? the sch itself gets in touch with parents thru this forum and they even had a talk for parents regarding this new sch. what a good start there!
Hi all, I had been lurking around. Thank you so much for all the info.

I just called RM, as at of now, more than 60 applicants within 1km had registered. Those who are from 1-2km, please try other school. Don't waste your chance.

Hi Fenn, thanks for the update.

I am within 1km to RM but have not yet submitted my application.

Can't decide if I should risk going for the balloting or register at Plan B school, which has lower chance of having to ballot for within 1km.

                  Dilemma now... Haiz...

Can understand how you feel. I am within 1km and had registered yesterday. I am looking at APS as 2nd option, but looking at the statistics now, seems like APS might not have seat available in phase 2c supp. Thou contempt to change to APC now, but distance is the main factor for my choice. RM is just few blocks away from my house. Sign....

Which other sch you are looking at?
APS... Honestly, I have certain level of reservation since it is a new sch after all. No track records, what sort of CCA will the sch offer, the sch environment and culture, further from my place compare to RM etc. But looking at the current application status in BM area, APS will be the best choice if doesn't have the risk appetite for balloting.

                    Hi eagerparents,

Give a check on RMPS how many at 1km & decided to go for balloting. If chance like 75% then give it a try.

Seem like many of them register in APS mainly for 2 reasons;-

                    (1) Profile of the Principal from MBS.
                    (2) APS may not be able to substain till Phase 2C Supplementary.

                        Hi

Anyone can share the situation at GES ? I call the school no pick up. Scratching head now... I need to decide if APS too many applicants today then need to withdraw and go to GES cos I'm a PR, will not stand a chance if there is 210 SC all go to APS 😞 😞

If withdraw I can still do it in within the afternoon right?

                        Thanks for sharing!
