I received the letter from the bus transport co. I was abit angry cos the pick up pt is so far away from our blk and in fact against the direction of the sch. I thought the pick up and drop off is near or at our blk so that when raining kid will not get wet. Anyone has such cases?

I didn't check the letterbox today, will go down and check now. I need to change the drop off point also.

Both the pick up and drop off abit out of the way... i call them and said will go back office tomorrow and check.

Finally.....we start school tomorrow! The kids are so excited!

The 1st week of school had already past. How are you kids dealing???


My girl (clas 1/8) came back after the 1st and complaint that P1 is so boring cos there is no "playtime". I told her P1 is very different from K1 & K2.

And after 2nd day, she came back commented that PE is so boring, only balancing the bean bag on their head.

Guess my girl is asking too much!!!

She is quite happy coming back from school today with her spelling lists for both English and MT. getting her to start learning from tomorrow after school.

Now I am wondering will she come back home tomorrow with her classmate’s uniform instead of her own since she has to change from PE attire to uniform. And the long day on Wednesday. Let’s wait and see.

I thought the long day is Tuesdays.
Anyway seems the school is approaching the syllabus differently from other schools. I somewhat like this approach.

My girl's fm class 1/7 and so far I only received her spelling list for Eng, no Chinese one leh...


For the past week, I've only received positive comments fm her abu her class and sch, no complaints so far Except the lost of 2 erasers...

So far my kids (1/5 and 1/8) are enjoying school. My DD got the English spelling list yday, but DS still has not got it. Anyone from 1/5 and 1/8 here?


Today the first long day is here, so waiting to hear how they coped with it. The time table given to them is only for Term 1 since at the Curriculum talk it was mentioned that they will be doing swimming and Wushu in T2 and T3 and Music and Dance in T4.

Hey, did any of your kids have to change into PE attire/uniform in school today? My kids didn’t bring any note like this and the handbook/note from school specifically said that unless mentioned, normal uniform on Tues. Also wondered as PE first lesson for both!

oops, yes Tuesday is the long day, not Wednesday.

Since I had paid for her recess and lunches during the orientation - For recess she had rice with ikan bilis, cucumber slices & egg, lunch is the same but w/o the egg!!! Hopefully next week will be better.
