< 1 km and 1 to 2km SC all no balloting,
> 2 km, SC need balloting. -

anyone knows if the parent is from nan chiau secondary school. is the secondary school affiliated to the primary school? if so, can the parent be considered an alumni? -

You're right, Nan Chiau Pri is not affiliated to Nan Chiau High, even though both belongs to SHHK.

Yes sk green nids balloting for those outside 2 km. 10 parents fighting for 8 seats... I m one of them... :nailbite:
