      As much as I wish this scheme is still in place, I regretfully tell you it's no longer the case.

                  no direct relations but they are known to be brother and sister schools.

                    I also wish that this scheme is still in place, then I will not have headache for my DD. But thankfully, she got ballotted in.

                        if they wan to cap they better cap all the phase. otherwise not fair for all. then remainder, all go to phase 3.
