Well, I believe as long as you have done what is necessary to transfer your membership from your previous church to your current church and that you are an official member of that church, there shouldn't be any problems. You can check with your church if you arent sure..

By the way, I live >2km, so I think I'll have to go for balloting even in Phase 2B. But I guess I can just take my chance before going for other school in Phase 2C. Not sure whether this is a correct decision.
Yes. Give it a try under 2B..a friend of mine managed to get her child into the school under that phase even though she's living in Hougang. Then if you are unsuccessful, you can try for another school under 2C. -
