I believe the post was meant to be tongue-in-cheek? :preen:
That's a very shocking thing to hear. I feel the teachers in the waiting room are sending out the wrong message here by encouraging the children to 'complain'. Let's keep in mind that teachers are professionals here and just because the pupils say they are scared afterwards, it does not mean they can get more marks. Who will not be scared during exams? Unless the examiners went to the extent of threatening the kids or shouting at them, I don't think the pupils' have any grounds to complain.Sspitfire:
I took my Chinese today (student here) and while in the waiting room, my teacher told us that students can \"complain\" to the teacher in charge in the holding room that the teachers are \"scaring her\" or something so that the student can get more marks.

I am wondering... are GEP kids mature faster? 'cos I think so far I only heard one couple in my son's school :scratchhead: -

Anyway for me I think I'm a 'special' case, I remember having a crush on this guy in pre-kindergarten (aka 3 yrs old). And then in K2 this guy kissed me...O.o But after that I went to a girls' school so no boys... Then I transfer to co-ed school and then got crush again. Sigh.
I don't know about the GEP kids thing, because I don't usually talk about these stuff with them, but I think it's the same because once this guy from the mainstrem who I used to have a crush on told me that he liked someone else, not me. -
I think I better chit-chat with my DS on βtriangleβ story in his class.

I won't be too sure about that... Maybe she's just prepared? And yeah, I realised I talk to my mum a lot more than my friends talk to their mothers.

But sec 1 not co-ed school...again, it's good she'll tell u. i had better be prepared too. come sec 1, i'll expect even more stories. maybe first-hand ones. :yikes:
