        Hi jjxymum,
My son went through this crazy journey last year...it still left an unforgettable (more like horrible) memory even after 1 year...it is really bad because PSLE is all about preparation and laying of strong foundation when child enters primary 1. But then no matter how strong, come primary 5, the entire scenario changes.

But I foresee my daughter will have a tough time even before p5. English syllabus is changing. She will sit for her PSLE in 2016.

            Jjxymum mum,

            One year break for you.
After 2014, PSLE is going to be a thing of the past for you?
Breathe first…then start serious revision in Nov.

              Hi Janet ,
Yes, I do remember last year, at this period having Oral paper, i kept practicing oral with DS even though he had home tuition for his languages... Also keep reminding him this and that..saying\" do u still want me to teach you ..or you want me to give up coaching you ..etc..\" :frustrated: finally he get into Express stream through his hardwork πŸ™‚
Next year is DD turn...she is weak in Maths ..quite worried indeed. :imdrowning:
After 2014, no more psle for me πŸ™‚

Take one step a time. As parents, we need to believe everything will turn out to be fine. Otherwise, too stress n children can feel it too. End up both child n parent stressed out.

So really need to believe. Sometimes it's hard. But we need to do our best. πŸ™‚
