Weekly facials seems (to me) a bit too frequent.. May be too stimulating for the skin and cause breakouts.. Perhaps, once or twice a month will be better?

I still have a few sessions with Citi Spa.. Can't wait to finish the package coz don't like the way they try to 'psycho' me to convert/upgrade my remaining sessions to other more premium packages.. :skeptical:

My sensitive skin can take the treatments well.. I think doing facial twice a month is ideal πŸ˜‰
I tried citi spa before... Their service isn't great.. Average only.. When your package finishes, try other spas.. I'm sure you can find better ones with better service and better equipments..

I'm looking for foot massage.. Any recommendations?

Do you mean foot reflexology ? Wa, that one is a big no-no for me.. Tried once at Thomson Plaza.. The whole session I was saying \"θ½»δΈ€η‚Ή\" and trying to pull my legs away from the guy (but he held them tighter and refused to let go πŸ˜† ).. I seemed to feel immense pain at every spot he pressed on.. That was the first and last time I went for foot reflexology.. πŸ˜“

Prefer soothing full-body massage which includes the legs.. πŸ†’[/quote]
The 1st session of foot reflexology is always unbearable one.. subsequent session wont be that bad. I had mine at Refresh Works.. they also have upper body massage as well.

Why mine almost every session oso like torture session. And after that will still end up with blue black kind of pain on the sole for a few days which makes walking quite painful.

Think I very toxic. Do gua sha oso turn super red, do the cupping thing oso the area where they cup turn dark red and takes a long time to dissipate.

Dun think it is an issue of toxic. More like qi circulation is weak.

If u dun mind bitter medication, u shld try TCM.

Once qi circulation is strengthen, also easier to lose excess weight.

I gave hubs one, no, in fact two full body massages when he had high fever-flu on two consecutive days two weeks back. He was up and running on the third day. He said in his delusional state, he seemed to have imagined me in a nurse's uniform. πŸ˜›

Can ask your DW for a rub-down? Can change your me time to couple time.

Yup my circulation if pretty weak. I don't mind those herbal soups like ginseng chicken or sishen tang, but to brew and drink a concentrated bowl of Chinese meds or take those that they grind into powder I cannot. If they compress into pill or put into capsules still can manage. Problem is I have no patience with TCM cos gotta keep going back many times and they will tell you to avoid a lot of stuff.

Think I need to go for lymphatic drainage massage again.

if the backache recurs frequently, hv u considered going for a x-ray or scan? at least to rule out slipped disc or other medical issues?
