For a cheaper n more convenient self administered chiro, go to the playground n use the pull up bars. Let your body hang freely.

FIL and his friends do this, feel the body aches lessen.

FIL said the body gets straightened in this manner.

Umm a lot of people dislocate their shoulders or elbows on the chin up bars too.

If I were strong and conditioned enough to do pull ups , I wouldnt be having any aches in the first place. ๐Ÿ˜†

For me doing pull ups is harder than push ups

just hang freely, not pull up and down.

Thing with this massage is you will be disappointed if you expect to be kneaded. For me, I feel that there is no pressure at all. More like someone just smoothing their hands over your body. But I know it works to get rid of water retention especially at the hands of one who knows what to do. Chances are you gotta run to the toilet pretty soon to pee, sometimes even during the session.

But there is really no oomph factor during the massage.
