      Hi, Vinegar.

For your backache you may want to see a physiotherapist, it's different from chiro, physiotherapy treats the muscle too, not all back pain is cause by spine condition.

I have been to 2 physiotherapists for my shoulder (tennis injury) and neck injuries (car near accident whiplash). They are able to treat muscle injury as well as joints swelling. You may not have any prior injury, could be due the wear-n-tear or posture, better to see a physiotherapist for an accurate diagnosis.

Thila at Virar Physiotherapy is an excellent physiotherapist, she treats many sportsmen... without any X ray she could tell that my shoulder injury did not require any oral medication as it wasn't any inflammation at the joint, she proceed with physiotherapy for me, after 7 sessions my shoulder was completely cured, and I picked up many tips from her about caring and avoiding sports injuries. She may be able to help you with your backache. Unlike Chiro practice, no signing of package required, pay per visit; her fees starts at $50, depends on how complicated the injury is. She is usually running a tight schedule, appointment is needed. Please ask for only Thila.

Another physiotherapist I am still seeing now is David Aw from Emmanuel Physio. He treats my neck whiplash that caused swollen C2 C3 stiff neck and dizziness. His clinic is fully equipped with physio equipments. He treats many post stroke patients and car injury patients. This guy charges a flat fee of $110, but he has an infamous rules, he imposes no show fee of $50 to deter people from hoarding the slot but no show. He does not sell package too, it's like Thila, pay per visit. It's quite hard to get a slot at his clinic, sometime need to make appointment 2 weeks in advance.

Hope you find the info useful, take care. πŸ˜„ :hugs:

Yes, Thila is the therapist, there are other therapists there but I have never tried their service.... please specifically ask for her when you make appointment.

Take care, have a blessed day :celebrate:

You can't go wrong with Pilates Bodyworks. There are a lot of half-baked pilates teachers and studios out there now, so do be careful where to invest your money.

I had chronic backache and neck pain from computer use and it was so bad that I could not sleep. It resolved after twice weekly classes with them. The reformer is excellent for core work and muscle imbalances. The classes are not cheap and you have to sign up for a series of lessons. But if you have a chronic problem, it goes right to the root cause.

You’re not obese (at all) la bro.

Must say your height is really good, to me personally a man looks good when they are tall. Plus you have a natural tan, I suppose. Your good eye contact and extremely gentle, down to earth personality shines through the moment you speak and those to me, are handsome characteristics in a man. More endearing and charming than just a man with good looks/physique.
