Maybe can try Pilates .. it emphasizes on correcting posture and spinal alignment. πŸ™‚

I swear by Pilates too. πŸ™‚ need to get back into it again.

Where do you go for your Pilates class?
Used to go. πŸ™‚ No time the past few years.

You can't go wrong with Pilates Bodyworks. There are a lot of half-baked pilates teachers and studios out there now, so do be careful where to invest your money.

I had chronic backache and neck pain from computer use and it was so bad that I could not sleep. It resolved after twice weekly classes with them. The reformer is excellent for core work and muscle imbalances. The classes are not cheap and you have to sign up for a series of lessons. But if you have a chronic problem, it goes right to the root cause.

You’re not obese (at all) la bro.

Must say your height is really good, to me personally a man looks good when they are tall. Plus you have a natural tan, I suppose. Your good eye contact and extremely gentle, down to earth personality shines through the moment you speak and those to me, are handsome characteristics in a man. More endearing and charming than just a man with good looks/physique.

I finally removed a (hated) mole on my face. Was quite starstruck by Dr Georgia Lee. Hahaha! She said I have aged spots and need ipl...... :gloomy: Those who did ipl before pls advise level of pain. Scale of 0-10. I heard it's like rubberbands snapping on the skin? :yikes:

                      Thanks in advance!

But too bad height is a deception. BMI say you are obese means you are obese. :rotflmao: My BMI said so. πŸ˜†

So must lose somemore weight before back to normal.

either I m not tall enough or I m not slim enuff to fit into BMI's normal range. :rotflmao:
