Whatever you do, please do not peep at your kids thru the door. It will only embarrassed him/her !!

Of course , not lah. Just say that in jest.
Anyway, I won't be there to pick up her too. She just called to say that she is getting a lift from friend's dad. Save a trip for me then šŸ™‚

My girl is very disappointed that only one in her og group is with her in the same class. Her ex-school mates are also not together with her. 😢

She is concerned that she will have to make new friends again. And her class has a number of RGPS girls who have a tendency to clique .

Hope she will integrate well into her class. šŸ™

About 25-26 in a class and only 5-6 are boys! She commented that her class is a rowdy one unlike her friend's class which is very quiet.

It is streamed based on the learning style survey, I learnt from her. Only if she has known it earlier, she would have answered differently...she told me.

Quite similar case here. Three girl ex-classmates joining him, no boys.

I think the response to the children about splitting from the new found OG friends is this : if it took them five days to become close to the OG mates, imagine the same process over 4-6 years with their new classmates, starting next Monday.

Looks like boys are a diminishing species in NJC - from one-third to one-fifth.

BTW, The Son complained about \"noisy\" girls last years - it could be because the guys are numerically and vocally outnumbered, or maybe the girls are just more enthusiastic in class.

For those parents with daughters, I think maybe can ask your child to give the poor boys a chance (and maybe some peace too....haha). Joke hor...

My girl told me the OGL said the selection is basically random. My guess is that they only make sure only 2 to 3 student from the same OG goto the same class. They also make sure the ratio of boys to girls are about the same in every class. And also try to make sure that all class has a mixture of different background, different race, different school (mixture of elite pri school & neighbourhood school).
