There is chance but extremely low. From what I know .. so far for mainstream kids ... apart from Sports/CCA .... thru Academics .... only the top top in \"prominent\" school will get CO.

Part of the reason .... the program is very tough in RI/RGS/NYGH/HCI.
Those who scrapped in \"borderline-ly\" (if there is such a word) struggle to stay a float. So sometimes it is important to get a good fit for our children.

For example, getting 263 ... maybe or maybe not be a good thing to try for the above schools. A lot depends on the child.

So know your child .. discuss with them and choose the right school for them.
There are many ways to Rome.
Not all 263 are the same. There is no denying that some got it with a lot of external help too...and probably will continue to need that level of help to maintain that standard. Therefore life thereafter will be very diff for those with extensive external help vs those with minimal help.

I would want my kids to get into school of the 'right fit'. She would feel good about making into it, look forward to be in it and most likely, enjoy her time in it. ๐Ÿ˜„ This way, we, as parents would not be unnecessarily stressed up too. ๐Ÿ˜‰

My ds1 is going. I thought school gave a long list of unnecessary stuff to bring... Panadol, vitamin c etc.. My hubs told my boy to 'juz bring spoon ( for meds type), why do they need so many bottles of panadol?! It's jb, not timbuktu..' ๐Ÿ˜› apparently bus has not left school yet

How many days? Maybe school doesn't encourage sharing (to cultivate responsibility ) or kids may not want to share.
