      Crazy About Baking:
      Hi DimSum,

Thanks for the clarification on orientation day.
Just to check, is Pacific Bookstore still offering online purchase?
The website seems to state otherwise, my missus called to check
and was informed that we are to buy all text from the school on orientation day.
The website is not updated yet. Check it again end Nov.Very very unlikely they won't offer online purchase because it's not just P1 students who are buying textbooks.

        Hi

I am staying in Tiong Bahru and am exploring the possibility of engaging the school bus service. Can anyone pls advise whether the bus do pick up students from Tiong Bahru area? What will be estimated pickup time and monthly cost? How long is the bus journey to school with pickup of other students? Thanks for your advice !

school bus service is provided islandwide. You can download the school bus service info from the link below. Contact the person in charge of Southern zone (Mr Johnny Ang) and pose your queries to him.

I have checked with the person in charge sometime back but he told me to wait for the orientation.

My DD did bring back a recommended reading list for English. I didn't realise there is one for Chinese too 🤷

They gave a printed recommended English reading book list. I think maybe they may have mentioned this on the class blog, but I usually skip things written in Chinese. :siam: Now even teacher give up and start writing what's app to us in English! :rotflmao:
