      Nightmares.:
      happyheart:

Has any of your DC practise using questions from P6 'Get Me Thinking'? DS has some worksheets from teacher and I find some questions rather challenging. For those who has seen the questions, would PSLE focus so much on that level of difficulty?

I thought those were PSLE-standard questions? I do it in school.

Thanks!Nightmares. I am just curious as some of my DS classmates also complain about the worksheets. Happy to hear that you find those acceptable as I understand the 'depth' questions can be quite tricky.

ngl2010, That is a tricky question for me. First, DS is not exactly strong with Maths so some questions are challenging to him. As for me, I am far worse  , I cannot solve most without looking at the solution, so I am not eligible to comment if they are more difficult. However, the questions are set systematically from 'breadth' and more 'depth' questions. That is where the the kids complain. One of DS classmates who is consistently scoring above 90 marks commented that it is a mix. Some are not as hard as NYPS paper but there are questions that are harderr than other top school questions.

              John,

I believed it can be bought at 6 Sin Ming Road, Sin Ming Plaza Tower 2 #01-10 S(575585). My SIL actually helped me to get a copy for my P3 DS at the beginning of this year.

The cover looks some what like this... close to the P3 book I have.

I almost thought it is Visible Thinking by Ammiel Wan but it looks like not the same one šŸ˜„

Get Me Thinking questions are like tougher Paper 2 questions. Take note though that there are some mistakes in a few questions and some answers do not match the questions.

Problem is more predominant in P5 books (fyi for parents who have younger children.)
