I very kiasu...cos my friend applied 2 years before enrolment before the cut off date but was no more requirement for PVs. She advised me to apply earlier :?

if you are a die hard for NYPS, move to the neighborhood, both public and private housing available with a complete range from 3 room HDB flat to GCB. :lol:

I thought if u have 3 kids u can sell after 3 years ? (not sure hor..)
