I bought some new earrings but not the expensive kind... It's the girly kind 😉

I mentioned about buying jewellery? Oh gosh! I must be suffering from a memory loss.. Took me a while to recall that I bought earrings :faint:

Janet, how's the ceramic pans? really no need to add oil n the fry egg just slips off the pan?

I so tempted to buy one after seeing the commercial.

Uses lesser oil. Fried egg is as good as using Tefal...I was worried it wouldn't brown but surprisingly it is nice. It is light and conducts heat easily, so have to keep fire low. Tefal non stick is not very safe in the long run...feel neoflam is better.

But oil makes the egg much nicer…like tofu telur, so oily so yummy!

ceramic coating is healthier than Teflon.

for fried egg, it is much nicer to have more oil…really shiok to use more eggs so that end result is thicker than pathetic ones outside.

I have been using my Neoflam 30cm wokpan close to a year now. When it was very new, I had no problem frying eggs in them; the eggs would just slide off the pan onto the plate easily. After some usage, the eggs started to stick onto the pan. The pan has no scratches as I always use sponge to wash. Much later, when I feedback to a promoter at Taka, she just smiled a little and couldn't offer any reason. I think I'm not the only customer to say so.

What to do? I bought a Tefal frypan just to fry eggs now.

This is my personal experience. 😄

I think is due to the coating worn off (porous) by the chemical reaction from oil, the alternating of heat/cold cycle and the residue of detergent....

What I heard is, never flush in cold water immediately after frying, should allow the heat to subside to a closer temperature to our tap water before letting the pan come onto contact with water.... not sure if it's true though.
