DS said 21 hours to freedom ๐Ÿ˜†

2 of his friends are not going to study today because they think all papers are easy :faint: . They are the more playful ones (one of them slept during English and Maths papers).

      Your DS not taking HCL?
I think DD will be very relax tomorrow liao. :boogie: To us, HCL is a bonus, so up to her.
DD feedback - CL is manageable with a few tricky questions.

He is not taking HCL as his CL is not strong ๐Ÿ˜‰

if this is the trend, tuition centres will have to ๐Ÿ˜“ :nailbite: :scared: :yikes:

tuition centers that train children to be less careless will start doing good business

Looks like the PSLE this year have been easy so far.....

Really seems like MOE is lowering the difficulty for PSLE. Lets see if Science is easy as well to conifirm this perception.

If this is the trend of PSLE going forwards, I will need to train DS to be less careless as this will be v important for easy papers
Science is normally not the killer paper. It's just the way the kids have to answer the questions. Key words, etc. It can be a easy paper but if you don't answer the way it is required, you lose marks. :faint:

I ask my dd about this girl from her who is an Indonesian Chinese. She came to Singapore in P4 and chose to do MT instead of Malay, even though she doesnโ€™t learn it in her home country.

She struggles with the language, sometimes passing, sometimes failing. I wanted to encourage her so every time I see her, I will tell her that she is a very brave girl and that she has a very forward-looking mummy.
My dd says this girl found the paper challenging but will be able to pass.

Yup, you are so right! I told my dd that Sci looks deceptively ez but to come up with the right key words will be the challenging part.

dd still has HCL paper but she already has plans on what to do on wednesday.

Over the weekends, she \"claimed\" that she was the only one who is still working hard among her friends as they were already watching tv prog and enjoying themselves while we didn't allow her to relax too much.

Hahaha... DS's class is using Edmodo. If there is no chit chatting at Edmodo, it means the children are studying so DS can't tell me otherwise ๐Ÿ˜‰

Yesterday, I was at the playground with my kids. I met the boy whom my kids regularly plays with. I wished him all the very best for his exams and reminded him to sleep early. He beamed and told me โ€˜Auntie, this time I think I can passโ€™. He is an average performer in school but did badly for his prelims. His family canโ€™t afford tuition and he is raised by his grandmother who only speaks dialect.

So I am really very very glad PSLE has not been daunting for many kids.
