Hi, I'm considering enrolling my DS in LCentral Tampines and would appreciate some advice on which teacher(s) are good as there are quite a number, eg Teacher Lisa, Susan, Dan, Oliver etc. Thanks in advance!

My gal is with tampines br for a year, currently under Teacher Susan. She is patience and friendly towards the kids and give feedback regularly, most importantly my gal enjoys her lesson and looking forward every week.

Need your advice on this.

My boy who is in K1 this year is with Lcentral Kovan for 1 year now. I can see the improvement in such that when I point to a new word to him, he will use the phonics method to pronounce it.

I think I will continue the class for next year.

However I am also thinking of sending him back to Julia Gabriel for speech & drama. He was in Julia Gabriel there for 1 year in 2012. The reason being that his classmate (from Julia Gabriel) mummy told me that her son is able to articulate better.

Question is if I send him for both phonics and speech/drama, is it a repetitive thing? Does he learn the same thing?

I am looking at a more holistic program now to expose her to English Language. Anyone has any feedback on LC PFS program. How are the teachers at LC @ the JE branch?

I have decided to try out Lcentral after the assement. Their workbook seems comprehensive and the environment is quite good. I am not sure whether they will be good but in any case will just give it a shot and see how it goes. What about you? Have you decided?
