      Will this result in more teachers quitting to become FT tutors?


      If tuition fees are expected to increase, won’t this penalize the less well-off families?

          If really tighten or ban, I wonder how is MOE and schools’ Ps going to police. Will tuition centre employers and customers be punished too if discovered using current tr knowingly?


          Will MOE disallow trs who quit to join or set up tuition centres before a certain period is over ?

            Exactly. MOE needs to consider all these unintended consequences when they implement policies like this (which apparently wasn't thought out when they implement the \"teach less learn more\" policy which might have drastically increased the need for tuition). IMO, better leave it to free market forces. Too much intervention might not be a good thing.

                  MOE should announce that PSLE from now on won’t be difficult. It will lower demand for tuition.
