I don't know about others, my DS took slightly less than 2 yrs to complete from tcs to ICR when he was 5.5yo.

I am trying to register my son at I CAN READ, either hougang green or rivervale mall. Anyone can comment on these two centres? I think hougang green outlet is pretty new?
